Managing the theft, mismanagement, utilization and repairs of coolers spread out over a country in a cost effective manner is practically impossible without the right technology. xiTix CQR is a hardware + software solution that simplifies this process, reduces manpower required and provides actionable insights on the management process.


Our solution

FOWs should work for you with minimum downtimes.
The CQR device uses a combination of accelerometers, motion & light sensors & highly accurate, real-time GPS to successfully assess when a FOW moves out from it's assigned depot and what route it has taken.
FOWs should maintain the product at an ideal temperature. So as to preserve product quality and provide the optimum customer experience.
The CQR device gathers temperature data from the FOW & Our software uses intelligent algorithms to detect abnormal temperature patterns and generate actionable alerts.
FOWs should service sensitive high business areas regularly, so as maximize the average sales per FOW.
The software allows for the specification of high traffic sites that should be regularly visited by FOWs. The system then generates reports on how often/ how long these sites are visited and by which FOWs. It also generates actionable alerts when guidelines aren't being followed.
FOWs should be adequately charged the previous night for a day full of sales
The device measures how long the FOWs are powered for each night before leaving the depot and generates exception reports.

1+ Week Battery Life
Our proprietary technology allows our CQR device to operate at very low power levels. The long battery life is extremely useful in identifying idle assets.
Temperature Sensors
Highly accurate temperature sensors monitor & log the temperature inside the freezer chamber. (available through factory fit option)
Motion detection
The installed device is able to know when a FOW is being moved from a stationary position. The firmware intelligently uses this sensor data to increase battery life and reduce power usage.
The CQR device sends an SOS to our server whenever it is tampered with or removed from the cooler.
Concealed Design
Installed within the cooler hood or insides, the CQR device is not visible externally and cannot be detected by retailers.
