Position: Business Development Executive - US
Job Code - BDE
Primary Activities / Responsibilities
- Prior experience of handling U.S. customers
- Identify prospective customers; evaluate prospects and develop new customers
- Lead generation and Database enhancement
- Educate potential customers on the benefits of various products, Meet customer requirements
- Initiate contractual agreements with customers
- Negotiate price and service levels with customers
- Coordinate various activities to ensure high level of customer service
- Conduct regular meetings and follow up with customers
- Update Sales MIS and submit Daily/Weekly Status Report
- Should have a good history of achieving targets
- Target driven, Self motivator and a dynamic person with excellent communication skills
- Strictly willing to work in NIGHT SHIFT (American working hours) which will be in rotation after every 3 months
- BPO experience a plus
Qualification/Competency required
- Diploma Marketing/ Graduate in any field with sales/ business development exposure in IT Industry
- Problem solving / Analytical skills
- Interpersonal skills
- Excellent Communication skills
- Online Marketing skills
- Self-motivated
